Periodic RO Servicing to Keep Water Quality Consistent

RO systems don't fail overnight — performance drifts slowly as filters load up with sediment and the membrane's rejection rate drops. A routine service catches this before your water quality or flow rate becomes noticeably worse. We inspect every stage of the purifier, clean the storage tank and test output TDS against the source, so you know exactly where the unit stands.

Common signs you need servicing

It's been over 6 months since the RO was last checked
Water flow has gradually slowed down but the unit hasn't stopped
Storage tank hasn't been cleaned since installation
Unsure whether the filters are due for replacement

How our servicing process works

01

Full-unit inspection

Every filter stage, the membrane, pump and valves are checked for wear and scaling.

02

Tank cleaning

Storage tank is emptied, cleaned and sanitised to remove sediment build-up.

03

TDS & flow test

Output is measured against source water to confirm the membrane is performing correctly.

04

Service report

You're told what's healthy, what needs attention soon, and what needs replacing now.

Frequently asked questions

How often should an RO be serviced?

We recommend a general service every 3–4 months for domestic units, and monthly checks for commercial or high-usage systems.

Is servicing different from filter replacement?

Yes. Servicing is an inspection and cleaning of the whole unit; filter replacement is swapping out specific cartridges or the membrane once they've reached their rated life.

Can I combine servicing with an AMC?

Yes — our AMC plans include scheduled servicing visits, so you don't need to remember to book each one separately.
